“MOSHI” held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and declared the dividend payment at a rate of 0.60 baht per share
Dr. Warapatr Todhanakasem, PH.D. (Chairman of the Board), Mr. Sa-nga Boonsongkor (CEO) together with the Board of Directors of Moshi Moshi Retail Corporation Public Company Limited or MOSHI held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 through electronics means (E-AGM) on April 25, 2024. The important agenda are to acknowledge the Company’s operating performance and approve the financial statements for year ended December 31, 2023 with a total revenue of THB 2,543.25 millions and net profit of THB 401.50 millions, marking a record operating performance (New High) since being listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The shareholders have approved the dividends payment at a rate of 0.60 baht per share. The dividend payment date is scheduled on May 24, 2024, to build confidence and provide returns to the shareholders. We are ready to move forward and maintain leadership in lifestyle retail business in Thailand with the revenue target for 2024 to grow 20% and prepare to continuously expand new branches to move towards sustainable growth in the future.
