- Oversee and advise the Board of Directors on compliance with SEC regulations, Stock Exchange requirements, and applicable laws.
- Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations, assess impacts, and report to the Board and management.

- Analyze new product trends to find promising items for sale and source new suppliers. Evaluate and select suppliers (AVL) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Issue purchase orders (PO), prepare deposit payment documents, and resolve product issues if necessary. Maintain PO and Commercial Invoice records.
- Plan product demand, monitor and manage inventory, analyze sales performance every 15 days, and assess product shortages or overstock at stores. Follow up on outstanding items and repeat orders.
