MOSHI held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 and declared the dividend payment in form of stock dividends and cash.
Dr. Warapatr Todhanakasem, PH.D. (Chairman of the Board), Mr. Sa-nga Boonsongkor (Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Somchai Boonsongkorh (Director / Member of the Executive Committee) together with the Board of Directors and executives of Moshi Moshi Retail Corporation Public Company Limited or MOSHI held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 through electronics means (E-AGM) held on April 25, 2023.
The shareholders have approved the dividends payment in the form of cash and stock dividends. Dividends are paid in ordinary shares of the Company to shareholders at the rate of 10 existing ordinary shares per 1 stock dividend and in cash at the rate of 0.10 baht per share. The dividend payment date is scheduled on May 23, 2023, in order to build confidence and provide returns to the shareholders.
